In collaboration with Bayes Business School (formerly Cass), we've released a new longitudinal Impact Report to show how business schools can complement their curriculum by teaching students the professional and social skills needed to become near peer-mentors.

The School Engagement Programme (SEP) was set up in 2016 with the aim of creating a new way of working with schools and local communities to improve social mobility, community engagement, and employability skills.

Through the introduction of near peer-mentoring as an elective module, we’ve supported Bayes Business School to raise the aspirations of secondary school students alongside equipping university students with strong communication skills.

You can read the longitudinal Impact Report below.
