Impact Report Launch - Celebrating over five years of funding

Earlier this month, we launched our Impact Report at London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London.

The report reflects on over five years of supporting young Londoners across the capital.

Since 2018, we’ve funded more than 150 organisations and reached over 200,000 young people.

Our Impact Report launch featured live performances from young people and celebrated the incredible achievements of those we’ve funded.

We’re deeply grateful to all our partners and supporters who have helped us to champion educational opportunities over the past five years.

Libraries for Primaries - Big news for Primary School

The Chancellor of the Exchequer has pledged to ensure every UK state primary school has a library by the end of this Parliament.

We heard this fantastic news at No. 11 Downing Street while celebrating the success of the Libraries for Primaries campaign.

So far, the campaign has helped over 1,500 schools create a library or dedicated reading space.

However, 1 in 7 state primary schools still doesn’t have a library or dedicated reading space in the UK.

As a flagship funder, we’re proud to partner with the National Literacy Trust to help make reading more accessible.

Frontline Awards - Bold new ideas in social work

We’re delighted to sponsor the Frontline Award for Innovation for a second year in a row.

This award celebrates new ideas in social work that improve the lives of children and their families.

This year’s winner is Niketa Sanderson-Gillard, who founded Why Care to help local authorities recruit and assess foster carers.

Niketa was part of Frontline’s very first cohort of Approach Social Work in 2014.

Since qualifying as a social worker, Niketa has turned her expertise and experience into practical solutions.

Niketa said:

'I wouldn't be a social worker without Frontline. It was a high support, high challenge environment that ensured we were always pushing ourselves to be the best we could for children and families.’

Festival of Education - July 2025 at Wellington College

We had an incredible time at the Festival of Education, where Amy Cayzer and Michael Thomas proudly represented us.

The two action-packed days were filled with inspiring conversations and connections across the education sector.

Stand out talks included Ofsted’s new report on career guidance and advice on how schools can access charitable funds.

It’s important we keep learning from each other and continue work towards creating a fairer education system that works for every young person.
